Abstract

This article presents the case study called "Believe in Me", which was developed as part of ongoing research Psychotherapy Family semester 2015-1. The therapeutic intervention was guided by the brief systemic approach and was structured in seven sessions running over 2 months.Treatment goals were defined after making the projection technique to future "Question of the Miracle", which were mainly oriented to intervene low self-esteem and insecurity of the patient, these two issues, some of the demand for aid expressed by the patient. As part of the results, are quantitative indicators displayed on the scale of progress, the initial score was 3 and the final nine. The most outstanding resources identified in the evaluated were: perseverance, punctuality, perseverance, courage, willpower, love their children, eager to improve his confidence as a woman and mother, for cherished and love herself, for their enthusiasm and demonstrated responsibility.
