Abstract

This research aims to generally perform validation technique Immediate Detection of Lies - DIM in one samples of volunteer citizens of the Trujillo city, range from 16 to 65 years, of both sexes, lawyers. The research report allows detection of sincere after application of the D.I.M. technique, which consists of four phases. The application of the technique was performed in the morning and afternoon hours, over a period of time lasting from 06 to 25 min. From the results obtained adequate levels of validity and reliability of the technique of the Lie Immediate Detection – D.I.M. Thus content validity achieved by criteria judges with validity of between 0.8 and 1.00, this being valid for a new technique also obtained a Kappa Index reliability highly significant (p<0.001) include results from the U-Mann Whitney highly significant decrease (p<0.001). Finally categorizations were made for age, gender, marital status, occupation, educational level and type of lie.
