Abstract

The objective of this correlational research was to determine the relationship between emotional dependence and violence in same-sex relationships in a sample of 278 homosexual persons belonging to the district of Trujillo. For this purpose, instruments such as the Emotional Dependency Questionnaire (CDE) and the Questionnaire on Grooming Violence (CUVINO) were used. Using Spearman's Rho coefficient, moderate effect size results were found, so that a direct correlation between the variables is concluded.
