Abstract

The purpose of this research has been to present and analyze the data of the library user satisfaction survey conducted by a Trujillo University during the 2016-17 period, applied to a sample of undergraduate students from their different academic-professional Schools. The work carried out by the University has been descriptive and transversal in nature. The results obtained have shown that the level of user satisfaction has been maintained during the period analyzed and is largely consistent with those obtained in similar studies conducted locally and in other parts of the world.
