Abstract

The objective of the present investigation has been to determine the relationship between sexual satisfaction and the organizational commitment of workers in the public and private sector in the city of Trujillo (Peru), year 2017. For this, an investigation with a quantitative approach was proposed. , of correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the sample being constituted by 500 people who had been working in various organizations of the public and private sector of the city of Trujillo and who wanted to be part of the present investigation, which were applied a self-administered questionnaire. The results of the research determined that the relationship between sexual satisfaction and organizational commitment of workers in the public and private sector of the city of Trujillo (Peru) was direct or positive (0.190) and significant at the level of p <0.01.
