Abstract

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational commitment and the work climate of the workers of an automotive concessionaire of the city of Chiclayo. Being a descriptive-correlational type research, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, a questionnaire was applied to 48 employees of the company, using Spearman’s correlation coefficient, as a statistical test, to determine that there is a direct correlation (0.638 ) and highly significant (0.000) between these variables.
