Abstract

This article is the last of a series begun in the first edition of the Journal, the same that tries to analyze theoretically the influence of sociocultural factors on happiness at work. The documentary research carried out has allowed the hypothesis that both happiness in life in general and happiness at work in particular are aspects that should not be studied away from the real and concrete society in which the individual on the contrary, taking into account also the underlying sociocultural factors that feed their behavior and, at the same time, are the object of their transformation efforts.
