Abstract

The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between justice and the organizational behavior of workers in the district municipalities of the city of Lima, in 2017. In this reason, a quantitative research was formulated, Non-experimental design, descriptivecorrelational and transectional, whose sample was made up of a total of 202 workers belonging to 5 district municipalities. For data collection, a self-administered questionnaire divided into 2 sections was used to measure the two variables in question, adapted from the Colquitt Organizational Justice Scale and the short version of the Organizational Engagement Scale by Meyer and Allen. The results have shown that there is a direct but not significant relationship between justice and organizational commitment of the workers in the district municipalities of the city of Lima.
