Abstract

This study it’s a non-experimental research and has a correlational design. The aim of this study has been to determine the relationship between the organizational climate of a Peruvian mining company and its workers’ satisfaction. The data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 120 workers in the process area of the mining company. We obtained response from 66 of them. Based on descriptive statistics of each variable and correlation analysis using Spearman’s Rho coefficient, the results have demonstrated the existence of a direct or positive correlation between the studied variables, a finding that reinforces the existing theory in this regard.
