In order to compare the antioxidant activity presented by Passiflora tripartita var. mollisima "Puro Puro" from the districts of Usquil, Charat and Huaranchal, we worked with a descriptive, comparative and transversal design. To do this, we counted on a sample of 9 “Puro Puros” -3 from each district. The antioxidant activity was evaluated by the DPPH method, measuring the absorbances of the samples spectrophotometrically, 10', 20', 30', expressing the results in percentages. The highest percentage of antioxidant activity (60.94%) was obtained by the sample from the district of Usquil, followed by the sample from the district of Charat (59.12%). Finally, the sample from the Huaranchal district obtained 65.42%. It was determined that the highest antioxidant activity was obtained from the Usquil district sample, followed by the sample from the Charat district and the lowest activity was obtained from the Huaranchal district sample. When evaluating the data of the antioxidant activity of the different samples, by means of the parametric test of variance analysis of a factor, a p-value of 0.001 was obtained. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant difference within the antioxidant activity data presented by Passiflora tripartita var. mollisima "puro puro" from the districts of Usquil, Charat and Huaranchal.
