The present research was carried out to demonstrate if the application of the ICT Plan improves the management of pedagogical processes in the Educational Institution "Julio Gutiérrez Solari", El Milagro2016. The type of study is experimental, the design was quasi experimental and the applied research methods were deductive and inductive. We worked with a sample of 80 teachers of two levels, i.e. primary and secondary education. Likewise, 35 students from the third "A" of secondary level were enrolled, and reliable and validated questionnaires were used. The results showed that the management of pedagogical processes in the institution significantly improved due to the use of t student, and the means of management of pedagogical processes in the posttest are significantly different. The average of the control group is X = 102.03 and the average of the experimental group is X = 136.93, showing that the average of the experimental group is higher than the average of the control group. It is validated when t = 31.154> 1.99 and Sig. = 0.000 <P-value 0.010, the null hypothesis Ho is rejected and the investigation Hi is accepted; the same with the dimensions.
