The general objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the perception of humanized care and the quality of care in patients who are treated in the Radiodiagnosis service of Hospital de Alta Complejidad "Virgen de la Puerta" of Trujillo, November 2015 - January 2016. The study was carried out using a non-experimental correlational-transverse quantitative approach, analyzing a population of 5,129 patients who attended the radiodiagnosis service during the months of November 2015 to January 2016, and a sample of 357 patients. Among the main conclusions, it can be mentioned that according to the statistical Chi-squared test there is relation between perception of humanized care in its dimensions: giving emotional support (X2 = 85.23), giving physical support (X2 = 84.79), empathy (X2 = 49.69), qualities of work of health personnel (X2 = 87.28), proactivity (X2 = 77.82) and prioritization of care (X2 = 83.99), with the quality of care in patients treated in the radiodiagnosis service. It was found in all cases a value greater than the tabular value (26.30). In this respect, it is concluded that there is a relationship between the perception of humanized care and the quality of care in the service to patients who are treated in the radiodiagnosis service at the Hospital de Alta Complejidad "Virgen de la Puerta" of Trujillo.
