The present investigation, of pre-experimental type entitled "Intelligent system of object detection to improve the mobility of the blind in the Luis Braille - Trujillo Association 2018", aims to improve the mobility of the blind. It was considered a population of 100 blind people obtaining a sample of 80, likewise the Z distribution analysis method was applied. For the validation and verification of instruments, it was approved by experts (specialist and statistician) and for the reliability of the collected data. of the survey the Cronbach's Alpha was applied, using the SPSS program. The V method was used as software development methodology and the following materials were used; a Raspberry Pi, 16 GB micro SD, with a source, a recognition camera, HC-SR04 and a GPS module. According to the analysis and comparison of data from the Pre Test and Post Test, the following results were obtained; in the first indicator (NPAPTC) 6.89 falls were obtained and with the intelligent system 2 falls. In the second indicator (TPMPO) 7.65 minutes was obtained and with the intelligent system 3.1 minutes. In the third indicator (TPDO) 209.46 seconds were obtained, while with the intelligent system 63 seconds. In the fourth indicator (NSI) 11.88 points were obtained and with a proposed system 22.88 points, concluding that the implementation of the proposed system had a 100% satisfaction as an alternative solution to the research problem, helping in this way to improve mobility of the blind
