The objective of the study was to propose the redistribution in the warehouse of equipment that is related to the productivity of the company Pelayo S.A.C. The research design was longitudinal non-experimental, the population and sample was 60 workers. The data collection of the variables made use of the survey technique. The product-quantity analysis was also applied to obtain the ABC classification of the materials, equipment and tools that allowed a quick identification of the main shelves, the analysis of spaces and relationships allowed to strategically place the shelves and dispose of the warehouse areas with the diagram of relationships andthe layout that allowed to represent the initial layout, proposed layout A and proposed layout B, which after being analyzed and compared resulted in, effectively, contributing to the productivity of the company. The calculations were made with the statistical software Minitab v.17 for the product-quantity analysis and the WinQSB for the layout. The initial redistribution proposal had 6695.955 m of route, 1h: 40min: 12s and 314 dispatches / hour; redistribution proposal A: 6004.55 m; 1h: 30m: 4s and 350 dispatches / hour increases productivity by 11.46% with an approximate saving of S / .16 458.00 per year and redistribution proposal B: 6258.755 m; 1h: 33m: 53s and 336 dispatches / hour, productivity increases by 7.01% with an approximate saving of S /. 9 874.80 per year. It was concluded that the redistribution proposal in the equipment store is related to the productivity of the company Pesquera Pelayo S.A.C.Keywords:Analysis of space and relationships, productivity, product-quantity, plant redistribution.
