Management of human talent and labor performance of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Chancay, 2018

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the management of human talent and the work performance of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Chancay. Information was collected regarding the processes involved in the management of human talent and job performance. Likewise, a research questionnaire was applied to the 120 administrative workers of the institution. A situational diagnosis was made of the processes involved in order to propose improvements to the deficiencies identified through an action plan applicable by the Human Resources Management Unit. The relationship between the variables was determined, which showed a correlation equal to R = 97.1% considered as a very strong degree of positive correlation. We tested the hypothesis with Spearman's Rho statistic, which showed a p-value = 0.000, accepting the alternative hypothesis at a level of significance of 5%. In conclusion, the management of human talent is related to the work performance of the administrative staff of the District Municipality of Chancay.
