Abstract

To speak of the medical practice in our country is to observe that, as a result of globalization, it has been undergoing profound changes, not only in the practice globalization, it has been undergoing profound changes, not only in the practice itself, but also in the regulatory and economic treatment, changes that have been taking place from the formative stage to the professional These changes are taking place from the formative stage to the professional performance, which demands more and more quality in skills and competences in order not to fall into the so-called "medical negligence", causes that are leading to the implementation of the "SOAT MÉDICO". In this sense, the doctors who provided their services in the last century until the seventies, exercised a free practice, and then went on to exercise their services in a system imposed by companies in which good health care, cost benefit, performance and productivity are still not very clear, with the aggravating factor that being immersed in the rules of "free enterprise", are once again engaged in a confusing world for not having clarified the good medical practice and "good business", the basis for enhancing the academic quality.
