Abstract

Through this study, some linguistic and literary aspects of César Vallejo’s avant-garde poetry will be approached. For this, the epistemic cutting made will be limited -in a first phase- to the field of semantics. Once the meaning of the lexies of the analysed poems has been defined, the relevant critical-literary relationships will be established. For this reason, the poems LXVIII and XXXII from his book Trilce will be taken as reference.
