It was found that patients whom had complementary feeding, the 74.42% (32 children) had bronchial asthma compared to 41.46% (51 children ) without complementary feeding, at a rate of 1.79, with an OR of 4.1 IC (1.90 - 8,9), X2 = 12.55 y p > 0.0004. It was concluded that early complementary feeding is a factor associated with bronchial asthma in children and affects a risk of 4.11 times the increase of this pathology.
