The present investigation was realized by the aim to determine the efficiency of a protocol of passive gymnastics in the reduction of subcutaneous fabric in abdomen and legs in women. The sample was constituted by 50 persons of the Center of Nutrition and Aesthetics Marijuan of Trujillo city, attended during August to October, 2011, distributed in two groups, the experimental and the control. The treatment provided to the experimental group consisted of 15 meetings of passive gymnastics using ultra cavitation, radio frequency and infrared. For the analysis of results there was applied the T test for independent samples and T test for dependent samples. Of this form, the analysis of the results revealed that: The application of a protocol of passive gymnastics is effective in the reduction of measures and corporal fat, highly significant differences exist in the weight, perimeter of legs, oily corporal total mass, of trunk and thighs before and after the intervention, Significant differences exist in the circumference of waist of the sample, before and after taking part in a program of passive gymnastics, there exist highly significant differences between the sample that took part in a protocol of passive gymnastics and those that received a program of easing in the perimeter of the left leg and differences exist in the averages obtained in the measures of weight, circumference of waist and right leg, oily corporal total mass and of trunk between the sample that took part in a protocol of passive gymnastics and those that not. Nevertheless, the above mentioned differences are not statistically significant.
